By creating an account, subscribing to any plan, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
MyDoorHQ is a cloud-based property management platform designed for small landlords. The Service includes tools for:

To use MyDoorHQ, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information including your name, email address, and a password. You are responsible for:
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts to create an account. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements.
Each account is for a single user. You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of third parties without their consent.
All plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start a trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your card will be charged for the first billing period.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings section of your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access until then. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' written notice to your account email. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
As a landlord using MyDoorHQ, you are solely responsible for:
MyDoorHQ provides tools to help you manage your rentals more efficiently. It does not replace professional legal, financial, or property management advice. When in doubt, consult a licensed attorney or property management professional in your state.
By using MyDoorHQ's SMS features, you agree to the following:
Tenants may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. You may not circumvent or override a tenant's opt-out. Attempting to send messages to opted-out numbers is prohibited and may result in account suspension.
You are responsible for ensuring your use of SMS features complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable FCC regulations. MyDoorHQ provides tools to assist with compliance but does not guarantee that your use will be compliant. You indemnify MyDoorHQ for any TCPA violations arising from your misuse of the SMS features.
Standard message and data rates may apply to your tenants' mobile plans. We are not responsible for any charges tenants incur from receiving messages.
Pro and Portfolio subscribers receive a dedicated virtual phone number and access to the 24/7 AI call assistant. By using these features:
Virtual phone numbers are released if you cancel or downgrade to the Basic plan. We will attempt to provide 7 days' notice before releasing a number, but cannot guarantee number retention after downgrade.
Online rent collection features are powered by Stripe. When you connect a Stripe account to receive tenant payments:

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination without refund.
The MyDoorHQ platform, including its software, design, content, trademarks, and logos, is owned by CTR Homes LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during your active subscription.
You retain all rights to the data you enter into the platform (tenant information, property data, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and store that data solely to provide the Service to you.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MYDOORHQ DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any legal document templates or AI-generated content.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MYDOORHQ AND CTR HOMES LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation of liability, so the above limitations may not apply to you in full.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MyDoorHQ, CTR Homes LLC, and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. You may terminate by canceling your subscription and deleting your account. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without notice, if:
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. We will retain your data for 90 days after termination, after which it will be deleted. You may request an export of your data within that 90-day window.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois (where CTR Homes LLC is incorporated), without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Peoria County, Illinois, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cancel your subscription before the effective date.
